CPM Calculator
CPM — cost per thousand impressions — is the standard pricing unit for display, video, programmatic, and Amazon DSP campaigns. This calculator solves all three common CPM equations: calculate your actual CPM from total spend and impression volume, project total campaign cost from a CPM rate and impression target, or estimate how many impressions a budget will buy at a given CPM rate.
Use the CPM mode when evaluating media proposals or comparing rates across publishers. Use the Cost mode when building a media plan to set budget expectations. Use the Impressions mode to forecast reach from a fixed budget. Typical CPMs range from $2–5 for broad Google Display placements to $15–40 for Amazon DSP retargeting and premium video inventory.
